My wife and I had been looking for a house for a couple years, but needed to sell our existing house in order to buy a new one. My wife and I had owned our house for about two years when we finally decided to start making renovations. Mr. Bryan Nadley built a bathroom addition, remodeled my guest bathroom, and installed a new kitchen at my home in Tarzana between September 2012 and March 2013.  His crew remodeled my dingy old 1951 kitchen by replacing the cabinets, installing new sink, countertop, flooring, tile, and dishwasher. He then gutted my guest bathroom giving it a face-lift by installing a new tub, new tile in the shower, installed new light fixtures and paint. Lastly, he built me a 175 square foot bathroom addition off my master bedroom.  This bathroom was done with high-end materials chosen by Mr. Nadley. We used marble in the shower, travertine around the tub and floors, floating vanity, TOTO toilet and Grohe fixtures. The finished product was spectacular. This finished bathroom addition is now the “wow” factor of my home.

This was my first time working with a contractor and I did not know what to expect. Mr. Nadley made the process easy and exceeded my expectations. He kept me updated with the daily proceedings and asked my opinion when necessary.  His crew, especially his lead person Ricardo, displayed knowledge, care and a skill level that I was astounded by. In fact, during the projects itself, other trades people and installers who came to my house and saw the work in progress commented to me on the high quality of work and level of skill pertaining to the job by Mr. Nadley’s crew.  The work was not only professionally done, but it was completed on the promised schedule.

I would certainly hire Mr. Nadley again for my next home project and will refer him to my associates and friends.
